    We all know how people with driveway parking put their cars, especially on weekends, into the street. Will this be permissible to new condo owners? So my average question is will the HOA monitor the inside parking spaces for “registered owners”. If not there is an above average chance that much more parking spots would be taken on the street so guests of condo owners would have a spot to park inside the building. The whole thing is an above average bad idea.

    Can we come together and improve our town. The Inn is a eyesore and a negative that impacts the Eastern part of the middle of our town. This is by far the best plan to date and delaying will only allow for this eyesore to continue the contamination of this area. The surrounding towns laugh at Belmar for wanting to keep a flea bag boarding home. Approve this for Belmar’s future!!

    To the rich, greedy developers and the others involved in this scheme (project): Build whatever you want, as long as you abide by the current zoning laws and master plan put in place. Play by the same rules that I and the other cash-poor residents in this town do. When I plan to make improvements to my property I make sure I am within the rules (setbacks, ratios,….) Build four beautiful conforming single family homes and everyone will be happy.

    Has anyone out there looked up what the present owner of the Inn paid for it years ago? Not to include refinance money they may have taken out of it. We know he hasn’t put money into it as far as improvements go.

    When is Kirschenbaum going to do something about all the commercial vehicles parked in the Belmar Arts Council parking lot? Window shop trucks, dump truck , electric truck, trailers, etc. etc. All my customers have to pay to park every where else. Why don’t they? Do something!!!

    TAKEN FROM THE OPRA SITE ON THE BOROUGH OF BELMAR-RESIGNATION FROM CAMPBELL: 9-28-20 at 6:51 AM

    SHOULDN’T HIS LAST PAY BE SOON — AUGUST 8

    “Please accept this writing as a formal notice for my intention to retire. I will start using my time on the books as of this date. I will meet with Mr. Kirschenbaum and the human resource Department to figure out my last day officially. I will empty my assigned vehicle and turn it in with my phone by week’s end. Please accept my thanks for allowing me to serve………….I will step down from all the Boards I have served, and will continue the voluntary service of Geese Chaser if you desire.”

    His stupidity (if you want to call rigging a deal of getting paid full salary for close to a year stupid), is only excelled by his arrogance.

    #10 I love how he says “…thanks for allowing me to serve”, as if being the highest paid employee in this town is ‘serving’. You weren’t serving, you were working for an extraordinarily large paycheck. Don’t try to make it into something it wasn’t. Let’s say he worked at, oh I don’t know, Home Depot- when they force you to leave because of the pretty horrible things you’ve done while on the clock, you wouldn’t say thank for allowing me to serve.

    I cannot believe that Campbell has been allowed to receive his full pay check all these months while sitting home doing nothing. It makes me sick! That’s why they allowed him to “resign “ instead of being terminated or suspended without pay pending the outcome of the lawsuit. It’s just Kirschenbaum taking care of his friends like do nothing Drew. And do nothing Cinelli

    #6 the boro has property assessed for more, and the amount of money put into the place even back in opening status in 2018.
    But really not sure what point you are trying to make is, are you upset that the bills and taxes are paid up to date? Are you trying to claim you know every bit of the finances of the Corp or what monies they have invested in based on not having to refinance etc;

    I bet if we looked at a lot of people’s property records the purchase price is less then the present day property value

    #16&17- Number 5 asked a question and number 6 answered that question. You two seem upset about that. Are you angry that number 6 answered the question? There is literally no other comment from him other than the direct answer to the question.

    #19- the ‘clientele’ that stay at the BI pay to stay there. They are not the problem, or what you inexplicably refer to as ‘recipients within the government socialism mode’. The owners of the BI- Rainbow Hospitality LLC are the problem. Ignoring municipal laws and ordinances, acting with total disregard for their neighbors, and doing it all in order to make a buck. Now the potential developers want the government to change the zoning laws so that they can maximize profit and the law breakers that currently own the building can make millions on the sale. And you’re worried about the people that stay there? Please think before your speak. And open your eyes to who is actually benefitting from the government’s help. It ain’t who you think.

    #20. I would respectfully disagree that the clientele are not the problem. In fact one of the exhibits at the first application was a binder with hundreds of police reports and EMS calls to the belmar in as a result of the clientele. I recall the applicants attorney spending about an hour reading through them to the public. The clientele most certainly are a problem! (Whether they pay or not.)
