Gerry for mayor. Perhaps the smartest man in Belmar will lose for a third time in a try for mayor!

Strap in folks, you thought the hypocrisy, bullying, lies, stealing and games were bad before. We have just sealed our fate to throw Belmar in the gutter.
Hopefully next year everyone will be sick of the lies, stealing, big paychecks for cop friends, assaults and lawsuits (more to come) and vote for change!

It ain’t over till it’s over. Not until every legally cast vote is counted. A twenty seven vote lead could be enough to win or it could evaporate when mail in and provisional ballots are counted. We shall see. One thing is for certain, if Kinney wins we will not make up shirts and hats proclaiming that Jerry won. We will not go to the media demanding a recount due to fraud. We will not violently storm the boro hall in an attempt to stop the certification of votes. We will do what adults do, accept defeat and continue work to keep our elected official honest. Imagine that.

Who’s we? Do you speak now for the democratic party? Or does Gerry finally admit to the multiple personalities he posts as on this blog?

The royal ‘We’. Meaning ‘we’ are adults and handle an election loss like adults. I guess you missed the point. Not surprised.
And, in case this was also missed by your keen intellect, this race is too close to call. Meaning just as many people voted for Jerry. Meaning just as many people posting in this blog support him, statistically speaking anyway. Difficult to comprehend? My guess is he never visits this web site.

What do we think will be EK’s next move? Bullying residents, free boat slips, assaults, being out of work without using a single vacation day in 3 years, free car, free gas, free insurance, six figure salary to do what are already done. What could happen next?
Open your eyes Belmar! It’s our tax dollars paying for his ego!
Keep an eye on your water bill, I’m sure it will increase again as will your taxes!
We needed to vote them out, not back in!

Did you ever have a conversation with a Truck Driver? They are not only salt of the earth but just as erudite that each and every one can be, if they do choose, in the USA. Mr. Durr, Congratulations from one proud Element!

#13 because that would make too much sense. It would also undercut Walsifer story about needing the 8th Ave building. That whole BFA business alone should have sunk Kinney’s campaign. That was the biggest example of coercion and bullying followed by a rapid and absolute retreat. Nothing frightens bullies more that the truth coming out. The fact that over a thousand people in this town thought that he should be rewarded for such behavior (by giving him his hand picked sycophant) is something I’ll never understand. We get what we deserve.

#16 the ‘grunts and groaners’ on this blog worked their tails off to expose and unseat The Doherty Connelly machine. And using your logic, since there were no whistle blower payouts during that reign of corruption, they mustn’t have been doing anything wrong. But they were.
Without the grunts and groaners, politicians (yes Walsifer, sorry) consolidate power and abuse that power with impunity.
So, as I used to say to the Matt defenders who accused us of just complaining too much…you’re welcome.

Note the “ie” after goos. The original “gooser” says there is nothing like pseudonyms, especially creative ones. Back in the day, one could have received retaliation for using an actual name. Cautious? Yes. Good old Ben Franklin published Poor Richard’s Almanac. Nothing new under the sun. (I did not make up that line. Maybe anon did. He/she signed a lot of poetry a few centuries ago.
