    if the developer would just follow the generous allowances that we made for redeveloping the Belmar Inn – and be appreciative of those incentives and not so greedy and the planning board would follow the redevelopment rules…

    STOP THE GREED AND OVERDEVELOPMENT
    perhaps the developer would like his town to bend the rules to put this project on his property line??
