It’s going to be spectacular. Thankfully Down to Earth hung in there through all the waiting through the appeal process and didn’t give up on Belmar and investing in this beautiful town.
I’m sure there was some serious hand wringing over the Sunk Cost Dilemma.
But the town homes will certainly be beautiful.
Too bad the 12th Ave ‘box shaped turd’ project’ didn’t mimic the WH design. Both properties cost about the same amount.
