The new skate park has an eye popping price tag. If it ever gets completed, it will be enjoyed by the grandchildren of current skateboarding aged children. We had a skate park that could’ve been revitalized for peanuts. The last admin, with her tacit approval, tore it down. Now there is no skate park. And there will not be one any time soon. I would’ve left that out of the letter. Not exactly a community based decision.
I was thinking of voting for Robinson, these letters clinched it. I recommend reading them if you’re on the fence. They contain a couple inaccuracies (odd coming from supposed supporters) and all three basically say thing- nothing. Time to move on from the same old same old.
