  1. I don’t understand, why does the BFAS have the right to put these deed restrictions in? If a builder bought the property, would they not have the right to knock the building down and build houses on the property?

    The original bidder planned on building single family homes on the property that complied with the deed resctrictions.

  3. #2 please tell me where the three single family homes the developer planned on would have accommodated the additional deed restrictions set in place on requiring a memorial set in place?

  4. #5 The town will make an above average mistake by “forcing the purchase”. The ship hasn’t sailed. The property stills belongs to the BFAS. By trying to force this the town will spend $$ we don’t have. Let it go!!
