2026 Master Plan Re-exam Discussion & Public Hearing

This is required under New Jersey’s Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL), which mandates that municipalities review their master plans at least once every ten (10) years. Belmar’s last reexamination was completed in August 2016. This process provides an important opportunity to evaluate whether the Borough’s planning goals, land use policies and development regulations continue to reflect current conditions and community priorities.

Because of the weather, this year’s Run has been canceled.
