  1. #1. OMG, when are you going to realize that it’s NOT about the party, it’s about the PERSON running….be an American and vote for the right person….

  2. I can guarantee you that by voting in a Democrat to a mayor or council position will not have an effect on the price of gas, inflation, illegal immigrants, fentanyl crisis, and on and on. And I’m a Trumpster. We need balance and people that will stand up against this failed admin.

  3. Give it a rest, we already know local politics have no effect on gas prices, inflation and the like. If you want to gripe about those things, go to another blog.

We live in a small town where everyone basically knows everyone else. The kind of place that should vote people over party. I have been waiting for the day when Mark Levis chooses to run again. He already has one vote here.

  4. Kinda bossy aren’t you my little chickadee? Mark wouldn’t approve of such an undemocratic order, would he?

  5. Nothing undemocratic about it. This is a local blog. You want to discuss national politics, there are other outlets for that.

  6. #10 I’m not Jerry. Plus, you can spin it all you want, what you’re suggesting is a restriction on speech. It’s a very common form of hypocrisy. You seem to forget that the last election between Jerry and Jodi had razor thin margins. That means neither candidate has a mandate.
#11 please read my number 9 comment. Belmar is too local for the D or the R to make a difference. Vote for the person. Also, dems have a hard time this cycle? Why? A significant segment of the Republican Party supports Putin. That is insane. They are also under the spell of a deranged megalomaniac who is so insecure he can’t admit (he knows) that he lost the election. I love The US. If you support Trump and his war on democracy, you don’t. It’s that simple.
