  1. I would advise everybody to keep a sharp eye on these characters leading our town. They’re quite a crew, even worse than their predecessors.

  2. I don’t generally agree with Mr. Dilberger on most things, but I appreciate him calling out the mayor for his alleged cronie appointments. I have no doubt this was one of them.

  3. This is one of many. If reelected there will be many more. The redevelopment will take off and Belmar will become unrecognizable. Turn the tide!

  4. Yeah keep the crack house aka the Belmar Inn. Thank goodness the Mayor is saving Belmar. Thank you for all of your hard work Mayor, BA and Council!!

  5. #4 I miss when republicans used to be against government interference with the private sector. And when they frowned on cronyism. Oh well, they used be against cheating on your spouse and cheating on your taxes, but that seems to be a virtue now. Here’s to you, Ron Reagan, our nation turns its lonely eyes to you. Whoo whoo whoo

  6. More ratables and dramatically less burdens of providing Social Services is a win-win for all Taxpayers of Belmar.

  7. The multi unit building will require more municipal services and will increase demand on the old and out dated water/sewer infrastructure. Which will need to be replaced at some point, by the tax payer. Two/three single family homes would have been a “win win”. This is a lose win.
