Sir, while I agree with you about Matt’s outfit for the most part, I disagree about Brian on this point. That’s a good idea about putting up the pictures of old Belmar. Bradley Beach has been doing it for years in their town. My favorite picture in Bradley was their teen gun club – circa 1950. Imagine that there was a time the schools could have such a club. Could you imagine giving a loaded gun to one of these kids today – YIKES!!!
Well, technically you care or you wouldn’t be commenting. And they aren’t going to ‘go away’, they live here. Best is to ignore them or, better yet, speak publicly about why they should be ashamed to be involved with municipal business. There are any number of reasons:

The municipal building plan (remember that one??? Let a developer HAVE the property and turn it into condos with a section for court, police, and gym? Remember they said that the municipal building was in such bad shape that it needed to be torn down? There was no other solution. And yet, it still stands. Haha. It is astounding what that administration tried to pull)
Anyway, there’s plenty to say at a council meeting. It will most likely help with the stomach turning to get it off you chest.

I would feel more comfortable with the idea of mounting more signs on the boardwalk, if the Belmar Environmental Commission reviewed the matter.
People are so pissed off about no bathrooms on 3rd Ave. Where do the gate guards go, the lifeguards, the public!

Unfortunately, the boardwalk bathrooms were built without the benefit of a permit.
