She works hard for the town and has a lot of energy and enthusiasm. That’s bad now?
Its becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with the fickle mushhead electorate.
“Led the charge for infrastructure, paving Belmar!”….5th ave. is quite possibly the worst infrastructure job i have ever seen in my entire life, and yes I’m in that industry. If this candidate is hanging her hat on this accomplishment, Belmar is done!!
Do we live in Beirut or Belmar?? Complete disaster, and no one is addressing it! Please put someone with experience in charge, I don’t care D or R!!
While they are waiting for the weather to improve, it is not a quick patch. It is a massive job that includes replacing sewer lines and stations from Main Street to ocean Ave. This requires jacking, digging out, and replacing hundreds of linear feet of sewer lines.
Mr rough road ahead doesn’t seem to realize that.
This job was a large rd project, i agree. The performance of the contractor, as i had to go by twice a day(if not more) was completely inadequate. Roads shut down with no traffic plan, which is a requirement. No show days in a row, where work could have been captured before the weather was bad. Every single night, road was left with debris in it, unpaved or filled with temporary stone and compaction for vehicle traffic. Objects left in the road way with no cones/barriers. Complete disaster. Belmar tax payers deserve better!

But that’s not much of an accomplishment considering the Republican Party is made up of ignorant *** ****.

I thought that paving job on 5th Ave was an interim solution as a quick patch until the weather improved. Please tell me I am not wrong?
