  1. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is an object lesson in using the tireless work of others as a personal political victory lap.

One of those paragraphs has a half dozen questions listed. I’m a little concerned about having a council member just raising those questions now. And apparently having none of the answers.

    1. And she is the only one up there from the prior administration and all seemed fine and dandy then while they held their eyes shut and ignored this during those prior four years. Ridiculous statement to be made now, why did she not have all of these questions when her party was in power? Politics at its finest here and unfortunately we the residents are the ones being hurt.

      1. I blame Gov. Murphy for this mess. He recently signed legislation to double down on the affordable housing requirements for municipalities.

  2. The same people who voted in Murphy will try to get in Harris. And I ask, what fools would vote for a person who has been absent for the last three and a half years.

    1. Absent? Harris has been VP for the last three and a half years. Her opponent is the one who’s been absent. Absent from reality.
If you are seriously ok with a man who was found guilty of sexual assault and convicted of 34 counts of fraud to represent you in the highest office on the land, by all means vote for him. For me, my line in the sand is a felony conviction. Sometimes not even. As soon as Menendez was accused of his crimes he was no longer electable in my view. I didn’t even wait for the conviction. It’s surprising how many ‘law and order’ republicans support a convicted criminal. But we live in a world where draft dodgers are patriots and military vets are ‘soft’. Bizzaro world.

  3. Why have we not posted the other Letter to the Editors that were in this Thursdays paper? Oh that’s right this Blog is stricktly Republican Based!!!!!!!!!

    1. It always was. Dave, the admin of the blog’s previous iteration, is a libertarian who believes the government shouldn’t be involved with anything. Except, you know, keeping the bars under control. For some reason that was ok to have government step in. But it skewed Republican. The new admin has the right to present an opinion. There are articles posted that are critical of Murphy and Biden but none critical of Trump. There are post that get edited or never see the light of day.
Again, that is the admin’s right as the admin.
There’s always an agenda. No matter what medium. Here, it leans Republican. The national media has a crippling bias toward profit.
