  1. While I love and appreciate this sentiment. It is a waste of breath trying to get people to not spray chemicals all over their lawns. This is an issue that is handled by laws. Pass a law making the use of lawn chemicals a crime. Only way it will stop.
No one cares about nature. No one cares about the ocean. No one cares about the ecosystem. They want a green lawn that matches their expansive vanity.

  2. Haha. Well that is a very healthy attitude. Ignorance is definitely bliss. Yes there are birds, birds don’t just live in your yard. Neither do bees. But the chemicals, yes chemicals, you are spraying on your green lawn are bad for the birds and the bees. I guess you need to see them drop dead in front of you in order to accept what is established scientific fact? Those chemicals also drain into the ground water and into the sewer drains and out to the sea, where it kills off food supplies.
Tell you what, next time they come spray your lawn, go ahead and roll around on it. Or better yet, has someone’s pets or kids roll around on it. It’s perfectly safe, right?
