I hope the borough requires Djais to have a cleanup crew for a several block radius for all of the pre-gaming of patrons in their cars before getting online. When Mayor Doherty was around at least he required them to do that. This should not be left to Belmar employees to clean up and be taxpayer funded
D’Jais is the bar closest to the ocean, which leads to legitimate environmental concerns when their patrons litter. And, yes, people are probably just as upset when customers from Dunkin or Playa Bowls or Mamalukes litter but D’Jais has special conditions as a part of their license that they do not always follow.
And the summer season has just begun. Awful.
