If they go ahead with the 2 townhome buildings on 11th next to 7 Eleven they may as well make 11th Ave a two way street again.
Won’t happen. There are parking issues there that would prevent that.
I agree with you #2. Ragin Cajun needs the diagonal parking spaces for their restaurant.
