And his property is next to 108 12th Avenue not the belmar inn. So I am not sure how his back yard backs up to the Belmar Inn—- he is to the east of 108 12th
This ridiculous thing should not be allowed. It’s naked greed and unnecessary bending over backwards for a terrible property owner (Belmar Inn). These folks should get market value for that piece of property, nothing more. Market value is a price that makes it possible to build within the zoning guidelines. Period.
Isn’t 106 12th Ave a Multi-unit dwelling with a long, wide driveway running from front to back houses separated from 108 16th another Multi-unit dwelling with another long, wide driveway for many vehicles as well? Insurance experts know values 2022.

His driveway does. I have walked around all of the backyards and driveways.
