In 2005, our Planning Board gave approval for a subdivision at 213-217 16th Ave.
This created two 30 x 100 lots. Deeds were not filed in a timely manner.
This was brought up by Chris Piccone at the Planning Board meeting on March 21, 2022.

You snooze, you lose. Belmar is a different place than it was 18 years ago. Applicants have 1 or 2 years to act on variances. These developers didn’t.
They should be out of luck.
