It’s ok to like some dems and not like some repubs. The world isn’t black and white. Besides, Donovan is objectively a better candidate. No offense to the guy running for the GOP but he is waaaay out of his league. We’d be lucky to have the over qualified Donovan in the council. But you bury your head in the echo chamber and vote against your own interests.
What has she done that you don’t like? Labels are fun, but incredibly lazy. Go ahead and list the things she cares about, or actually does, that is so off-putting to you. Try to stay in reality and in relation to Belmar. In other words, don’t just list your Fox News spoon fed talking points. I know this task would require you to actually do a little research on her (oh no, that’s actual work!!), but it is part of our civic duty to educate ourselves before we vote. Not exactly your strategy, but give it a try. You might surprise yourself. Plus it’s better than sticking your fingers non your ears and shouting “nahnahnahnahnah”.
Caitlyn Donovan has shown that she can identify a problem, do research and develop a plan to solve the problem. She can get things done!!! I appreciate one who can get results!
