The Resolutions list was on the Agenda, but the Resolutions file (with the details and explanations) was not available prior to the last two council meetings.
Absolutely no transparency with this administration. The town crier Mayor who spoke endlessly at council meetings, questioning everything, submitting OPRA requests has done nothing as Mayor.
Belmar residents are deprived of reading proposed resolutions online BEFORE the M&C meeting … but, you can read adopted resolutions AFTER the meeting.
