A potential 4-5 story building on Ocean Avenue, everyone has lost their minds. What do you think will happen to the rest of the beachfront if that gets approved?
Belmar local- you can fight back the way we have been fighting back since Doherty tried to sell all of Ocean Avenue. Organize, participate, attend meetings, speak up, get involved in local politics, knock on doors, let those in charge know that if they allow unrestricted development, they will pay at the polls.

How can residents fight back against the proposal to (over) develop the Dolce Vita lot? Even after watching the video it was not clear.
Belmar can use eminent domain to take the LaDolce Vita property … just like it did to take Ocean Avenue properties between 5th & 6th Avenues
Obviously not an option, Mr C.

If this goes through – would have to imagine other oceanfront Lots would be prime for the same if not more overdevelopment (The Mayfair; DJais)
Forget about building elevated restrooms @ 16th Avenue.
the Low profile trailers work just fine at Boardwalk level
