I would like to know if the campaign of Mayor Moments” is allowed because I don’t recall it ever announced at a meeting, or brought in front of council.

I was at the meeting when the previous Mayor said that “transparency is crap!” the town is so tired of being let down. We don’t want followers we want leaders. If you went to any meeting since DeBlasio and Maroney have been on the council, they question everything. It is no wonder why the Mayor resigned. Unfortunately, for the town, the deal was already made and the units on route 35 are his scars.
They removed a historical building, which hurts our town beyond measure.
I personally am ready for change. If you want change vote for DeBlasio and Anan. I am an independent and that is who I will vote for on November 3rd.

The Route 35 project was started under Walsifer and crew, going back to 2020. There was nothing more historical about that building. Once you change the architecture and use, it is no longer historical, just old. Will the new project be a massive eyesore? Yes. Will it be massively expensive to live there? Yes. Will costs go up in town thanks to the influx of North Jersey folks who are going to rent those places as second homes? Yes. And we will have multiple administrations to thank for that.
