    (a) High-rise structures are structures which are more than six stories or more than 60 feet in height as measured from existing preconstruction ground level.

  3. Uh oh. I hope the judge who dismissed the lawsuit doesn’t change his mind. Since it technically isn’t a high rise after all.

    It’s actually considered a ‘low rise’. Anything between 5-12 floors is a mid rise. And anything with 13 or more is a high rise.
