DEP calls it N.J.A.C. 7:7-15.14 High-Rise Structures

Uh oh. I hope the judge who dismissed the lawsuit doesn’t change his mind. Since it technically isn’t a high rise after all.
It’s actually considered a ‘low rise’. Anything between 5-12 floors is a mid rise. And anything with 13 or more is a high rise.
