Nicholas Scutari is on the ballot for re-election in November 2023. Same for Craig Coughlin.
Let’s hope the voters from their districts are not fooled by this show and they are voted out.
both the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) and Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) are nonprofit public utilities that produce renewable hydro electricity and water.
Those are both government agencies, so no profit. However, I can guarantee you that any outside contractor they hire to construct any projects they undertake are certainly making a profit.
Don’t tell some of the readers of this blog about successful, environmentally conscious utilities that are government run. Their heads would explode. They prefer private companies that price gouge, pollute, and profit.

Would someone, anyone, point out large projects by energy companies that ARE NOT profit driven? I’ll wait, thanks.
The hypocrisy surrounding these wind turbines is beyond the beyonds. Almost comical.
