I think that’s a great idea! All 3 firehouses are in residential neighborhoods now anyway so what’s the difference. They should be centrally located. Then the town can sell the 3 firehouses to a developer to pay for the first aid property. Brilliant!
Bradley Beach consolidated their firehouses into one years ago and it worked out perfectly. Franny should stop crying and enjoy his retired life in his new home in Florida
#1 not too brilliant the sale of those 3 properties will not even come close to what it will cost to build a building that is needed to house all that equipment.

I think this is a great plan. Belmar doesn’t need all those firehouses.
