  1. Fritz the cat may as well have prepared the Consulting Agreement and medical director Resolution. Unless of course Eddie thinks this is one way of him being the “Belmar First Aid Squad” if only until at least someone picks up his mistake. There will Only ever be one Belmar First Aid Squad, and Eddie isn’t and never was a part of that respectable organization.

  2. Guess its ok for Fritz to Comment from out of States just like most former Monmouth County, wealthy, disgruntled, out of state commenters on this Famous, life affirming Blog.

  3. Fritz did not comment, he converted the files to make them easier to read.
The Resolutions and Ordinances and Medical Contract have been removed from the borough website so probably something is being revised.

  4. The revision is to the medical director contract. It said he was being hired to consult with the Belmar First Aid. Must have gotten past the professionals.

  5. #11 – Not needed. The article states that they have to be specifically allowed by a municipal ordinance. So unless Belmar creates an ordinance allowing them, they would be illegal and considered open container.

Although, personally I wouldn’t be against allowing these off season (or even just for one weekend in the fall or spring) when traffic isn’t as much of an issue. It could be a way to extend the season and bring people to the town to spend money at local businesses.

Definitely never should be allowed in the summer, could you imagine the traffic!

  6. #11 It would be another setback to the progress we’ve achieved in Belmar. Lets not return to the anything goes party till you drop summer roudy mentality of the 90s.
